Through the Third Eye Publishes Book, Announces Reading
An anthology of poetry first published on Through the Third Eye will be released in November. The book, titled Cultivating a Sense of Place, features poems selected and edited by Rodney Torreson, Poet Laureate of Grand Rapids and Director of the website. The Grand Rapids Area Council for the Humanities sponsored production of the book, along with Schuler Books and Music. The chapbook will be the first publication printed using Schuler Books and Music's new Espresso Book Machine, a new print-on-demand technology.
The chapbook will be sold to the public at a reading featuring its poets on Thursday, December 3 at 7 p.m. at the Cascade Branch of Kent District Library, 2870 Jack Smith Avenue SE, Grand Rapids MI 49546.
