The Wind Tearing

Branches
   would be bobbing
with the whistle - tooth wind
    the sky tangled with branches
crackling
   with the leaves
clinging on
   until
one by one
   they have little strength
to go
   and they
tear,
   rolling around,
reaching the ground.
   When the tree
is bare.
   The branches
look like
   claws
holding
   mid air.
